Ticket Policy
No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please be sure of your purchase before completing checkout.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets can be transferred to another person using your Ticket ID on our Transfer page. Once a transfer is completed, the original QR code is permanently invalidated and a new one is issued to the recipient.
Entry & Check-In
Each ticket has a unique QR code that can only be used once. Present your QR code at the entrance for scanning. Duplicate or already-used tickets will be denied entry.
Age & Conduct
Some events may have age restrictions. Telepizzle Ent reserves the right to refuse entry for inappropriate conduct without refund.
Event Changes
In the rare case of an event date or venue change, ticket holders will be notified via the contact details provided at purchase.
